COMPOSITION OF THE GOVERNING BODIES AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
The composition of the governing body is regulated in Articles 15, 16, and 17 of the Foundation’s bylaws. Currently, the Board of Trustees consists of four members, listed below, who have been granted powers as set forth in the aforementioned deed, Protocol No. 2,445:
- President: BENJAMIN GUIX MELCIOR.
- Secretariat: FRANCISCA SAUQUET ROVIRA.
- Vocal: INÉS GUIX SAUQUET AND TERESA GUIX SAUQUET.
